Specification
The main feature :
1. High grade cast iron structure and aging treatment for super stability, reliability, high accuracy & longer machine life.
2. X,Y axes adopt two heavy duty ( roller type ) linear guide ways structure.
Forced lubrication is used for reducing motion resistance force, avoiding low speed crawling and ensure machine high precision & long life.
3. Z axis adopts four linear guide ways structure for vertical movement.
The dual liquid nitrogen balance cylinders are used in vertical movement of Z axis, to reduce off-load torque & ball screw wear and keep the accuracy stability of ball screws.
4. X/Y/Z axes adopt high precision & strength and big pitch ball screws, can supply machine quick feed rate.
The servo motor is connected with ball screw through coupling.
The servo motor deliver power to the ball screw directly, ensure machine excellent positioning accuracy.
5.The ball screw adopts pre-stretching structure to reduce the accuracy changing furthest due to thermal deformation.
