The delivery time usually 15 days after getting deposit, but customized machines will be longer
Q: Our voltage is not 380V/50HZ, if can use the machines.
The voltage can be customized as clients' request.
Q: How about machine warranty time?
Warranty time is one year for all machines, if parts broken during warranty time, we will give parts for free, but not including wearing parts like milling cutter, saw blade and so on.
Q: How should I install the machines?
We will appoint engineer to install the machines , also train your workers.
Q: If the machine has problem in my place, how could I do?
