ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder
Principle Operation of Vibration Feeder:
This machine takes the dual eccentric shaft vibration exciter through the triangle belt by motor; the exciter's two eccentric axles do the synchronous reverse revolution assured by a pair of meshing gear; the two eccentric axles have certain angle when they are installed, the centrifugal force produced by it makes the sieve body do round straight-line vibration among the vertical direction, the materials move forward constantly in the process of vibration.

1. The grain size of charge is big, the productivity is high.
2. The structure is compact, the vibration is stable, the operation is reliable, the operating life is long.
3. It can size the materials, excluding all sorts of impurities
4. There is splined joint among the gears, and durable in use.
