Installation instructions
1, the weight of pipe shall not be installed in the pump body, otherwise easy to damage the pump;

3, the installation must tighten the anchor bolts, and every certain time to pump check to prevent it from loosening, violent vibration and impact on pump performance in order to avoid the pump start;
4, in order to maintain convenient and safe use, a regulating valve and a pressure gauge installed near the outlet installed in the export pipeline pump, for the high lift pump, in order to prevent water hammer, should also be a check valve installed in the outlet valve to prevent a sudden power failure, before the loss of power accident, so as to ensure the pump run in the best condition;

Instructions for use
Before the start of:
1, hand rotation coupling, rotor parts should be no blocking phenomenon.
2, open the inlet valve, the exhaust valve so that the water filled in the pump cavity, then close vent valve;
3, to move the motor, determine the shift is correct;
Operation:
1, open the inlet valve, close the outlet pipeline valve.
2, switch on the power, when the pump speed to normal, re export pipeline valve is opened, and adjust to the desired operating point;
3, to observe the pump running any abnormal situation, such as the abnormal situation should immediately stop checking, treatment after operation;
Stop the car:
1, gradually close the exit valve, cut off the power supply;
2, close the inlet valve;
