A: We are a product manufacturer.We have two production bases, one in Qingdao and the other one in Zouping, Shandong province.
Q: Can you OEM?
A: OEM is always available. Our professional engineers are not only able to give advice to customers, but also can design the epp package box according to customer's needs.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Customized order will be 10-20 days, it depends on quantity you need.
Q: Do you have MOQ?
A: Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the product you want
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples.
Q: How can I get the sample?
A: We can supply some free samples(total value under $10) if you have a DHL/ TNT/ UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
→If the total value of samples is more than $10, we would like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after getting your payment.
→If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the sample charges together with the courier cost by T/T.
→The sample fee will be deducted from the mass order.
