LGX320×2000 CNC spiral rotor milling machine is our company's own development of leading varieties, mainly used for vacuum pump screw finishing. It can process rotor with equal lead, variable lead and gradual lead. This machine adopts Guangzhou NUMERICAL control system, five axis five linkage, good stability.

I. Machine tool structure features:

1. Machine tool is equipped with machine tool protective cover. Beautiful appearance, smooth lines, proper operation parts.
2, the machine bed adopts ball linear guide rail, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving response, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon.
3, machine tool guide rail lubrication using centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
4, the feed axis [Z axis, X axis, Y axis] adopts precision ball screw through a wide number of servo motor direct drive to achieve no clearance transmission, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy. The Z axis is equipped with a nitrogen balancing system.
5, headstock spindle C axis adopts wide number servo motor directly connected with high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (the worm gear and worm pair is anti-backlash worm gear and worm, zero backlash, the backlash can be adjusted conveniently). Spindle is equipped with high precision four-jaw chuck to facilitate workpiece alignment.
6, the milling head motor adopts high power spindle, can make the milling cutter achieve infinitely variable speed, wide speed range. Servo motor drives worm gear and worm drive to adjust milling head Angle to ensure the stability of processing.
7. The feeding mode of tail seat sleeve is hydraulic feeding to facilitate the removal of the workpiece, and the overall feeding mode of tail seat is rack electric feeding to facilitate the operation of the operator.
8. The machine is equipped with a chip discharging machine for convenient chip discharging. The chip discharging machine is equipped with a high-pressure water pump.
9. The electrical components in the machine tool electrical control cabinet are delixi brand.

Q7,Is there only one model of this device?
The standard processing diameter range of this equipment is 350mm, if you have other processing range, you can negotiate with the sales contact.  Length range, we can do from 1000mm to 8000mm, and all are integral cast bed.

Our CNC machine tool from the lathe bed casting weight, wide guide rail, large motor power, can use a maximum diameter of 50 round rod milling cutter processing, the maximum cutting depth can reach 40mm, so the processing efficiency is very high.
