Tongda Tdp-501 Textile Machine Weaving PP PE Water Jet Loom

The Water Jet Loom TDW-851 has undergone significant improvements, including the optimization of its main components and frame structure. This has enhanced the beating-up, let-off, and take-up mechanisms. Additionally, an assistant device has been installed on the let-off mechanism. These changes ensure stable operation, reduce vibration and noise, and increase efficiency while expanding the weaving range.

Economic configurations use mechanical feeder and weft density change by gear.

Strong frame and loom body,electronic feeder and automatic weft density change ensure smooth running,high efficiency and better fabric quality. This design cuts the production cost and makes the operation and maintenance much easier.

TDP-501 is a new type water jet loom,which could be uesd to produce leno of PP or PE.The final products can be used into packaging of onion, garlic, fruits etc.
