Pneumatic ball valve is composed of pneumatic actuator and body of valve. Pneumatic ball valve work by pneumatic actuator working in rotating 90 degrees to shut-off or open the valve. And it also could be control valve between the 90 degrees. The torque of closing is small and easy.

Feature

6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause corrosion of the valve sealing surface.
7. Due to pneumatic ball valve power source uses gas, it is generally 0.2-0.8MPa pressure, which is relatively safe. If the pneumatic ball valve leaks, the gas can be discharged directly compared to hydraulic or electric, without pollution to the environment, and at the same time, it has high safety.
