Usage:
The galvanizing reagents water which including the ferrous (Fe³⁺) pass the recyling equipment,this equipment will sparate the Fe³⁺ and galvanizing reagents,it makes the Fe³⁺ become Ferrous hydroxide Fe(OH)³ sediment down the bottom of precipitation tank and then removel it.
Feature:
1.The galvanizing reagents water flows through the subsequent oxidation tank, neutralization tank, and sludge precipitation tank,finianlly the cleaning galvanizing reagents water return the galvanizing reagents water tank.
2. The PH value of the solution is automatically controlled by the regulator step by step with the addition of oxidizing agent and alkaline reagent, so that the PH remains at a fixed value.
3. This device working automatically. The sludge unloading in the filter press machine needs to be manually opened.
