1. Packaging specifications: The company's TPU products are 25kg PE valve bags, and the large packaging is 1T or 1.5T/pallet (film wrapping).
2. Storage conditions: It should be stored in a cool, dry, dark environment.
3. Drying conditions: TPU has strong water absorption, and the moisture control rate of TPU original package is 0.2%. It is recommended to dry at 100-110°C for 1-2 hours before use. According to the technical requirements of downstream products, a suitable dehumidifying dryer can be selected. If toner or masterbatch is used, it must be thoroughly mixed with TPU particles and then dried together, and the moisture content should not exceed 0.2%.
4. Environmental protection suggestion: If TPU is not polluted by other materials, it can be stacked in the garbage dump in principle, and it will not pollute the water quality. Due to the high heat of the material, waste that cannot be recycled can be incinerated to obtain heat energy.
