Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory in Xianju,Taizhou,Zhejiang. So we have the competitive price than trading companies.
Q2: How long have you been in this area?
we manufacture Dolls and Dolls Clothes for over 20 years, we ship our good quality of products to customers and supply our best service for customers.
Q3: Can we custom products with you?
Yes, we have our designers, also we can make items as per your ideas.
Q4: samples fee
1)Why do you charge samples fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
2) How much is the samples fee?
The account is up to your samples, usually it is 50 to 200 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
3) Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
Yes, if your order amount is more than 5,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you.
4)What is the samples time?
It is 5-7 days according to the different samples.
5)How about the sample freight?
If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
Q5.the quality
We have QC dept. check the goods everyday, also we will inspect the goods before packing.
Q6. MOQ and Extra cost
It is about 300pcs/item, and the total amount is less than USD5000.00, we should add the extra cost USD300.00
Q7:the shippment
We always do FOB NINGBO/CNF/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done.
Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call.
Q8: payment terms
T/T 30% deposit after S/C confirm, Balance fully paid before shipping. Small qty order will need to fully paid or at least 50% deposit request.
