Sinter network can be divided into four categories according to the different materials used. The first category is standard sinter network (WB series sinter network), most of which are 50 percent standard sinter network, which is composed of square hole network and mat network staggered arrangement.The second kind, punching plate composite sintering network (WC series sintering network), is composed of punching plate and basic stainless steel woven mesh combination sintering, punching plate can improve the strength of sintering network.The third type, square hole sinter net (WF series sinter net), is a sinter net composed of several layers of square hole net, which has lower flow resistance and higher permeability.The fourth type, sheet sintering network (WX series sintering network), is composed of multi-layer sheet sintering network, which has higher mechanical strength.

Uniform and stable accuracy: uniform filtration performance can be achieved for all filtration accuracy, and the mesh does not change in use.3. Widely used environment: it can be used for filtration of -200ºC~600ºC temperature environment and acid-base environment.4. Excellent cleaning performance: counter-flow cleaning effect is good, can be repeated use, long life (can be used counter-flow water, filtrate, ultrasonic, melting, baking and other cleaning methods).
Application examples: 1. Precision filtration of various hydraulic lubricants in the mechanical industry;2. Filtration and purification of various polymer melts in chemical fiber film industry, filtration of various high-temperature and corrosive liquids in petrochemical industry, filtration, washing and drying of materials in pharmaceutical industry;3. Application of gas homogenization in powder industry, fluidized plate in steel industry;4 explosion-proof electrical appliances such as the microphone.

Q:If I want a sample ,what should I do ?
A:Sample is no problem for us ,you can tell us directly ,we are able to offer samples for items readily available from stock. If your samples for non-stock, custom manufactured, or items sold only in full 100FT rolls may not be available to purchase as a sample. This is unable to accept returns for sample orders.
Q:I can't buy that big quantity ,so how about your MOQ order?
