Matters needing Attention:
1). Tank inspection prior to sterilization of liquid level height. All electrodes should in below of the liquid surface.
2). Before open the fermentation tank power, be sure to check whether the cooling water is already opened and the temperature probe is inserted into the slot, or you will burn out the heating circuit.
3). Must keep the table clean in the fermentation process. Bottles and other items have been used, which have to clear in time, the same as Spatter acid alkali or water.
4). Installing tanks should be particularly careful with pH electrode and vulnerability and expensive parts of tank, when removing and sterilization.
