Q1. What are your company's main products ?
A1: Our main products are Steel Pipes like Stainless tube, Aluminized tube, Galvanized tube, Carbon steel tube and etc.
Q2. How about your delivery time?
A2: Normally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. But we always keep 1000mt Raw material in stock. If your ordered size match our stock, it may shorten to 10 or 15 days.
Q3. What's your MOQ?
A3: 20-25tons a container, mixed acceptable.
Q4. What's your payment terms?
A4: 30% down-payment after signing the contract, 70% should be remit after inspection but before shipment based on FOB terms; 30% down-payment after signing the contract, 70% against the copy of BL based on CIF terms.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A5: Yes, we have 3 own factories and technical supporters which enable us to produce according to samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. Also sample in stock is free, as long as you contact us.
Q6. How can you ensure the quality?
A6: The raw materials which using to produce the pipe are all from the first classic mills in China like Valin Steel, Ma steel, Shougang. Even we keep POSCO's raw material perennial. We arranged third party inspection company to make inspection for each order. The third party inspection specified by customer is acceptable.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Metal plate have high comprehensive mechanical properties and are widely used in large diameter conveying pipes, pressure vessels, boilers, bridges, offshore platforms, various ships, tanks and armor, vehicles, building components, machine structures and other fields; It can be used at a wide range of temperatures (- 20 •c - 600 °C), in a complex environment (weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.), and with high strength (strength, toughness, good welding performance, etc.).

MAIN PRODUCTION EQUIPMENTS :
Heating furnace: two regenerative heating furnaces , can heat 3500-4000 tons of billet per day.
Rolling mill: one set of 3500mm 4-high roll reversible finishing mill by Brand Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant (maximum rolling force 70000kN). The rolling mill adopts electro-mechanical pressing + hydrauIic AGC type, and the thickness of rolling steel plates can be automatically controlled. The electronic control system is from ABB of Switzerland, and the automation system is Siemens.
Cooling system: One set of laminar cooling system after rolling (designed maximum cooling rate of 20°C/s) Straightening machine: one set of ll-roll 3500 straightening machine produced by TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD, with power 355KWX2, 9 work rollers and 2 guide rollers.
Cold bed machine: roll type cold bed machine with dimension 8000mm x 5000mm.
Slitting machine: Two sets of 32mm slitting machines imported from the Netherlands, with llOKW motor, which can ensure the quality of the cut of the finished plate.
Cross cutting machine: 40mm cross cutting machine imported from Germany, used to determine the size of the finished plates. Include one set of 450KW motor, a combined reducer, two crankshafts, two connected plates drive the upper scissors, which can achieve the rolling movement of the upper scissors, to ensure the quality of the cut of the finished plates.
