To make sure that each product ship with good condition, we set up one inspection team especially.

With our decades of experience, we will mainly focus on scratch and finish for PVC bathroom cabinets; banding and stability of plywood bathroom cabinets;
test each switch button of led bathroom mirror before packing.,etc.

The defective parts will be taken out and marked. So the workers who responsible for it will know and repair until reach our requirement. In this term,
all our workers will take high responsibility for your goods. Our Inspectors will also take care the loading, any broken parts would never load into container;
also they will double check the loading quantity with production manager.

After

It is such a long way from our factory to your warehouse, we can not avoid no problem will happen during this period. But what we will make sure the goods
are in good condition when loading and we will always take responsibility when problem comes.

If you found any broken parts when unload the container, please take video and pictures to us right away, we will in charge of them in 72hours.

If you found any quality defeat, take pictures and we will replaced new one to you.

If you found any shortage, take pictures and we will send you the new one by DHL if necessary.

If we fall short on our promises or you feel let down, Our manage team would dearly like to know about it at once. Our director will personally put right anything that has gone wrong. We take full responsibility for every action our sales people takes. we strive for honesty and that is what we offer you. I hope you enjoy our products.

Are you the right supplier for me?

What is your MOQ?

Our minimal order quantity for bathroom cabinets is 25sets/model, to make sure we can make better quality and packing for each vanity sets.

For led bathroom mirror, our MOQ is 10sets/model.

We have special MOQ for new customer to test market, contact with our sales for further information

Can i get a sample? Will it take much more cost to get a sample?

Of course you can get a sample in 10-20 days, depends on design and busy season.

We wont ask for extra cost for sample, though it will take much more extra effort to make sample as a factory.

What is your delivery time?

Usually it will take 25days for 1x40HQ container.

But it will also changed by the design complex and busy season.

Do you have certificate for your product?

CE, Rohs and UL certificate are available.

What is your solution when I got product with flaw?

Please contact us as soon as you find product with flaw.

If it was confirmed that it was our mistake, we will return by money or send replaced one by next shipment or DHL.
