Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province. It is 2 hours by train from Shanghai to our factory.
Q3. How can I get samples and how long will it take?
A: We provide samples free of charge. New clients need to pay express delivery costs, which will be deducted from the payment of the formal order. The samples will be sent to you within 2-5 days by courier and will arrive within 3-7 days.
Q4. How long is the delivery time for mass production?
A: It depends on the quantity of the order and the season. Typically, it takes about 10 to 20 days.
Q5. What is your payment term?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
