Small Electric Steam Generator for Food Industry
I. Product Introduction:
"FUTURE" electric steam generator is run by power energy, no noise, no pollution. Using high quality heating elements, with a lower surface heat load and higher thermal efficiency. This product adopts cabinet design style, elegant appearance, compact internal structure and it's ideal for saving space.
Advantages:
1. Small Input Power (3-60KW) with higher output (4-85Kg/h).
2. Use of high quality Nichrome Heating Element, it ensures long-term effective operation of the boiler.
3. Electric Steam Generator has a compact structure with fast heating speed, reaching to use pressure by several minutes.
4. Unique built-in steam-water separator solved a problem of steam with water which brought by similar products.
How to use? (After finish connecting piping)
A: Press "ON" button on control panel.
B: Check pressure gauge, when up to 0.4MPa(availble for adjustment), opening steam valve, and use the steam.
Safety assurance:
A: Pressure: By pressure controller when steam pressure reaches to the setting pressure, electric steam generator will shut off automatically.
B: With high water level, low level, super high level alarm protections.
Application:
In Building heat, chemical processing, health care, laundry, paper processing, driking, textile&dying, etc.
