Function:
(1)Vacuum sewage suction truck (also called truck mounted sewage cleaner,vacuum cleaner truck ,vacuum suction truck ,vacuum suction tanker ,vacuum waste collection truck ,sewage suction truck,sewage vacuum truck ,waste vacuum truck ,sewer truck ,cesspit emptier ,gully emptier,etc.) is used to collect, transport and discharge liquid such as dirty water,sludge,septic,crude oil and solid stuff such as small stones,bricks as well.It is suitable for cleaning the sewer,cesspit,gully ,etc. It is widely used in environment and sanitation field.
(2)Accessory of sewage suction function :Equipped with PTO, transmission shaft, vacuum suction sewage pump, high pressure molding tank, moisture separator, gas-oil separation, multiple directional control valve, hanger rod, self-discharging valve, suck fecal gun and pipe network system.
(3)vacuum tank capacity ranges from 3,000 Liters to 25,000 liters
Features:
a.Cylinder vacuum tank can be lifted hydraulically to 40-45 degree.Rear door can be opened and closed hydraulically.
b.Adopt EU vacuum pump (Italy brand) or equivalent China top brand double vacuum pumps,super powerful,highly efficient.
c.Pump can be operated by a hydraulic motor or by an auxiliary engine.
d.Overfill system with music horn is equipped ,preventing the vacuum pump damage from sewage water into vacuum pump when the tank is full.

1) High pressure dredging: large flow of high pressure water to burst through the blocked pipe, and flush the sludge to the mouth of the well.
Using different nozzles can solve corresponding dredging problem in different working situation. Visible nozzle can test pipe while dredging.
2) Vacuum suction: roots vacuum pump with strong suction ability, suction hose can be put into the bottom of the well to suck the sludge.

3) Sludge recycling: introduce from Europe new purification technology to purify sludge, then us purified water to dredge pipe, thus save energy,

4) Separate mud from water: traditional combi jetting truck dewater the sludge by means of rosebox, this truck adopts screw extrusion
of mud water separation device to separate mud from water, which has two advantages:reuse the water and save the space of sludge discharging.
5) Screw discharge: use advanced screw discharge, dewatered sludge can be transported by low cost sewage truck.
