The intelligent asphalt spreader produced by our company is controlled by computer to spread the whole process, and the precision of asphalt spray reaches the European standard. In order to ensure zero-start spraying, the car adopts the PTO force-taking method, and two zero-start spraying conditions are set in the control system. Spraying asphalt can be freely selected according to the construction conditions, by even spraying of the rear tube or spraying by hand nozzle.
The asphalt pump and piping system are combined by diesel cleaning and high-pressure air washing. The pipes and nozzles are not easy to block. The spraying width is up to 6 meters, the spraying is efficient and convenient, and the working performance is safe and reliable.
The intelligent asphalt spreader has the following characteristics:
1. The main components such as hydraulic pump, asphalt pump, asphalt pump drive motor, burner, thermostat and control system are all imported components;
