Description

Sterilization Pouch is used for medical sterilization and its sterile methods include Ethylene Oxide Sterilization, Steam high temperature & pressure thermal Sterilization ; Pack the medical devices into pouch, seal the pouch and sterilize them via the pouche's half permeability which sterilization factor can permeate the pouch, but the bacteria can't permeate the pouch. It is mainly applied to hospital, clinic and laboratory's sterilization and also applied to the disinfection of beauty products of family high-temperature.

Self-sealing flat pouch

Features:
1. The medical adhesive tape can make rapid and efficient seal without any professional sealing devices;
2. The indicator's color has significant change and no change back; the intial blue will turn into black based on steam sterilization method; and will turn brown from intial pink based on ETO sterilization method;
3. The three sided explosion-proof can efficiently prevent the pouch from bursting;
4. The transparent compound film can show what inside the pouch clearly in Order to reduce errors.

How to use:
1. Apply to hospital, clinic and laboratory's sterilization; and also apply to the disinfection of beauty products or family high-temperature;
2. Apply to both ETO sterilization and STEAM sterilization;
3. The sharp part of equipment should be put contrary to the peel side to ensure safety use;
4. Tear off the release paper aside the tangent line, seal the pouch and mark the sterilization time, contents and usage etc.
5. The clear area with temperature below 25ºC and humidity below 60% is recommended, the valid period will be 6 months after sterilizing.

Heat-sealing flat pouch

Features:
1. Apply to various medical device manufacturers and medical institutions, using sealing machine to seal.
2. The indicator can be added.
3. Both size and print content can be produced and designed by the customer's request.

How to use:
1. Apply to medical supplies such as gloves, gauze, sponge, cotton swabs, masks, catheters, surgical instruments, dental instruments, injectors etc. Apply to both ETO sterilization and GAMMA RAY sterilization;
2. The sharp part of equipment should be put contrary to the peel side to ensure safety use;
3. The clear area with temperature below 25ºC and humidity below 60% is recommended, the valid period will be 6 months after sterilizing.
