QILI Sanitary Three Piece Butterfly Valve to service the Bakery, Beverage, Cosmetic, Dairy, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries.
Instructions for product maintenance, use and installation:
1. Before installation, the pipes and valves should be cleaned, and there should be no scratches or dirt on the sealing surface to avoid internal leakage or reduce the service life of the product.
2. During installation, carefully check whether the clamp connection model is consistent. A special seal ring should be installed at the joint between the clamp and the valve to make the valve and pipe connection seal reliable. Horizontal pipes and vertical stainless steel angle pipes can be installed.
3. When the pressure medium is installed, turn the handle 90° to check the inner and outer seals. If there is no leakage, it can be put into normal use.
4. If the butterfly valve is closed during use, there is still leakage inside. The seal ring must be replaced and re-installed before being put into use.
