Product Application
It is suitable for liquid sand /shot blasting processing.
1.Cleaning the rough surface of the precision castings, removing the oxide scale, removing the micro-burr of the machined parts, cleaning the dirt and rust stain of the oil-stained parts, surface processing,etc.
2.The heavy duty blast cabinet with turntable is specially designed for blast and cleaning
heavy and large product, like mold, statue, motor, car wheels, etc.
Product advantages:
1.Simple operation and high efficiency. Different blasting materials can be replaced and automatically recycled according to different process requirements,.
2.With one spray gun. the spray gun is made of aluminum alloy, and the nozzle is made of wear-resistant boron carbide material, allowing customers with confidence to use diamonds, silicon carbide and other sharp sand materials.
3. Cyclone separator and thermostat can be installed according to the product and sand. The cyclone separator can effectively separate the swimming sand and dust to recover the escaped sand, which reduces the sand loss and the burden on the filter bag.
4. Equipped with a crawler dust collector, can clear the dust generated in the work, colleagues can avoid the phenomenon of dust spontaneous combustion.
