This series XSO spiral Sand Washing Machines are a kind of water washing style equipment to be matched with the sand making machine and can reduce the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand, so sand making machine can improve the quality of the sand. XSO series Spiral Sand making machine is used in building plant, quarry, concrete plant, dam building, casting-70 sand, glass factorys quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.
Working Principle of spiral Sand Washing Machine:
During sand washer running process, the motor drives the V-belt, reducer and the gear reducing to let the impeller moving. Sand from the hopper into the washer, through the impeller grinding, distil dust, break the moisture layer till dewatering. At the same time, add water to make water flow and get off the dust or others, then discharged by the wahsthrough, finished the cleaning action. The clean sand be get out by the impeller, and then into the discharging opening, finished the sand washing action.
