The pipe based screen, produced by wrapping high precision wedge wire screen around an API compliant base pipe by Anping County Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd., offers exceptional support in severe environments like high pressure, high temperatures, or deviated wells.

The built-in pipe enhances outer wrap screen stability, allowing for the use of smaller wedge wire and achieving a higher open area. Horizontal support rods guide flow to the nearest pipe perforation, while advanced welding technology ensures a secure connection between the wedge wire screen and the base pipe.

These pipe based screens are ideal for vertical wells, horizontal and multi-lateral deployments, providing high load-bearing capacity to prevent collapse. Additionally, fittings are included to meet various well design and installation needs.

• A built-in based pipe provides rigid support to the outer screen, allowing the screen layer to yield partially to high water pressure without the risk of the slot opening widening. Highly recommended for severe water well requirements.
• The outer wrap layer features continuous slots with a precise tolerance of 0.05mm, limiting sand access.
• Densely arranged slots reduce flow resistance, allowing more water to enter the well pipe.
• Slot openings widen inwardly, reducing water flow speed and alleviating pressure on the pipe assembly.
• Small diameter pipe eliminates the need for large diameter wells.
