Oceancrete Limited ("Oceancrete") is a member of the Wang Tak Group ("the Group"). The Group is founded in Hong Kong in 1930s and has been in business for nearly 70 years. Its core business majors in shipbuilding/repairs, and land project engineering. With steady growth throughout the years, the Group′s business has been developing with great diversity. Oceancrete has been establishing for nearly 38 years since 1970. It mainly engages in trading business with provision of a wide range of products and related services in gas-related business. This range of products and services include Industrial Gas Equipment and Parts, Metal Products and Parts, Acetylene Gas Generator, Security & Safety Monitoring Products, Cryogenic Storage Equipment, Dura-Cylinder Vacuum Insulated Piping, Centralized Monitoring System, Cryogenic Freezers, Pressure and Flow Control Equipment etc.
In the 1990s, the Group has been a partner of a joint venture Air Separation and Acetylene plant in southern China, mainly engaging in industrial gas production business. Its scope of service extensively covered Hong Kong and the southern region in the Mainland China. Furthermore, the Group also capitalizes its investment in setting up an Air Separation Plant in Shandong, PRC at the inception of this century. It therefore is capable of attaining professional level in gas supply and manufacturing as well as processing extensive experience in the industry.
