Indroduction:
1) ZP4200 series rotary tablet press is a series of products. Mainly used in pharmaceutical industry, also can be used in chemical, food, electronics and other industries.It can produce all kinds of round pieces, special shaped pieces and double-sided lettering pieces.Not suitable for semi-solid, wet particles, low-solubility-point moisture - prone material pressing.
2) Quasi-high speed, double discharge, the maximum output can reach 350,000 pieces per hour.
3) The main pressing thickness and material filling can be controlled by the screen, and the thickness and filling amount can be displayed without handwheel adjustment.
4) With pre-pressure function, the maximum pre-pressure is 30kN, the maximum main pressure is 100kN.Suitable for pressing traditional Chinese medicine and larger size tablets.
5) Adopt "riding seam" middle die fixed mode, the middle die is easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to fasten, good coaxiality, so the punching rod will not break because of eccentricity.
