Rotary Drum Dryer For Biomass Fuel Pellet Production
Rotary Drum Dryer Includes:
Hot stove, feed port, rotating drum, delivery pipe, dust collector and discharge port.
Wet material is continuously sent to the drying drum by a conveyor. Heat air makes full contact with the material. Being delivered and scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the wet material is evaporated. The material gets fully dried in the rotating drum.
Sawdust Dryer Application:
Sawdust dryer of rotary drum type is widely used in industries like straw briquette fuel, charcoal machinery, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, farming and animal husbandry engineering etc. such as the drying of agricultural fiber materials like maize straw, soybean straw, cotton straw, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood powder, wood shavings, sawdust, ginkgo leaves, mulberry leaves etc.
Biomass material: Sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, wood sawdust, etc.
Corrosive material: Distillers 'grains, Fertilizer, animal dung, poultry manure, slag etc.
Damp and sticky material: Coal slime, sewage sludge, bentonite, Kaolin etc.
Powder particle: Sands, limestone, stones, clay, mineral filter cake, coal, iron sulphate, filter cakes, fly ash, gypsum etc.
