Detailed Product Description
It can be used to cast old sand, furnace waste sieving and their recycling.
XN-HSZ-4A is a new type of environment friendly energy saving equipment and it is designed and developed by our company, it can be used to cast old sand, furnace waste sieving. We have already got national patent (Patent No: +ZL 2010 2 0216832.4), and got new product qualification from Anhui Province. This equipment owns: High power efficiency (4t/h), low noise (80dB), dust preventing and environment friendly (dust exhausting is 22mg/m*m*m), innovation on old sand casting, energy saving etc.
1. It is widely used in manually casting, linear casting production on old sand treatment, there is function of environment friendly and old sand iron sieving in the process of recycling. Old sand recycling rate can reach 90%, increased 25% compared to traditional sieving. Gas penetrating property of recycled old sand is improved.
2. Mechanicalization replaced traditional operation way, labor strength is lowered more than 70%, production efficiency is improved. The rated treatment capability per unit is 4t/h.
3. Resource waste is reduced, personnel per position can be decrease, labor cost is lowered, dust prevention equipment prevent professional illness of the staffs.
