THICKENER RG-605/RG-605GR FOR REACTIVE DYE PRINTING
BASIC SPECIFICATION:

Application:
Professional used for reactive printing on full cotton, man-made cotton.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
RG-605 has a strong cohesive force for water molecules, has a good thickening effect, easy-to-use, printing cost of which is less than 1/3 than sodium alginate. And the printed color is bright, good stability and alkali resistance.
RG-605 has a better effect for round flat screen printing, outline of printed color is clear and bright. There is a good effect of desizing by water wash, Hand feel of fabric printed is soft, in particular, for hard hand color, such as navy, brown, black and so on, the soft effect is more obvious, RG-605 has excellent storage stability, Operating factor of surplus paste is enhanced much, Time of hydration is short, it also can be mixed with sodium alginate for use.
This product does not contain APEO, an environmentally friendly product.

Application of the reference formulation:

Stock paste preparation I			Stock paste preparation II
Sodium alginate:	12.5kg	Stir to thicken completely	Thickener RG-605:	30-40kg
Thickener RG-605:	18-20kg		urea:	50-100 kg
Resist salt :	1 kg		The total quantity of water added:	500kg
Urea:	80-100kg
the total quantity of water added:	500kg

Printing Paste preparation:
White paste:	60-70%	Stirs evenly
Reactive dyes water solution:	20-30%
sodium bicarbonate:	2%
sodium carbonate:	1%
Total Quantity:	100%

The test should be done before use according to the detailed situation.

Package and Storage:
170kgs plastic drum, avoid insolation and freezing.
Stored in the airtight container about 20ºC, storage time is one year.
