Strander should be used with waterpower pulp machine. Various light impurities, such as iron wire, plastic and cotton yarn, etc continuously wind together to becomea strand, under control of strand, it is cleared by pulp machine.
Grapple
For clear heavy impurities from sediment well of waste paper continuous breaking system.
Cutting Machine
After installing on strander, cutter will cut hoist rope into small section to facilitate follow-up process.
Low Consistency Continuous Pulping/Breaking and Discharging System
INTRODUCE:
The system is composed of pulper, ragger, hydrapurge and drum screen. There is one heavy-rejects outlet at the bottom of vat body of hydra pulper. Coarse and big rejects in waste paper goes into trash well through heavy-rejects outlet, and use grapple to perform regular trapping and discharging. Winding impurities in waste paper is roping into rope-shape under the action of rotary pulp flow and then is drawn out by ragger. Water, slip and part of light impurities going into trash well will periodically enter hydrapurge for defiberating. And the accepts will pass through screen plate and join with the accepts from pulper, and then the joining accepts will enter the downstream process-step for being treated. Meantime, the coarse and big impurities such as plastics etc. Goes into drum screen and is discharged out the system after being thickened. This system can timely eliminated bigger light and heavy impurities in waste paper at the same time of continuous breaking pulp, which can avoid breaking impurities during pulp breaking and relieve load of downstream equipment as well as enhance capacity of breaking system.
