The series products include ZY600, ZY800 and ZY1000. The main features of the drilling rig:
The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure. The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic trojan grippers, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable mast and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains and controls the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.

Structural part
The overall structure of the drilling rig is compact, the layout is reasonable, the performance is superior, and the operation is simple. The crawler of the drilling rig adopts a low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor, wireless remote control walking, high safety, strong climbing ability, and the moving speed of the whole machine can reach 2km/h, which is suitable for transition and operation in mountainous areas and muddy ground.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is equipped with double hydraulic oil filtration, two-stage air cooling + one-stage water cooling system, which ensures the heat balance and cleanliness of the hydraulic system, keeps its system temperature within the specified range, and greatly improves the stability and durability of the drilling rig , The hydraulic hose adopts two layers of steel wire braided high-pressure hose, plus a protective sleeve, which is wear-resistant.
power head part
The power head adopts mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation design, low-speed torque multiplication, stable and reliable drilling, and the power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, which is convenient for lifting and unloading drilling tools.
