The overall tolerance of our grinding can reach 0.001mm, the cumulative tolerance is 0.005mm, and the grinding accuracy of the main forming area can reach 0.002mm. The dimensional tolerance of Sodick EDM machine can reach 0.005mm, the optimal corner radius 5um, VDI 4 is available, and the surface roughness can reach the mirror effect. In terms of CNC milling machine, we introduced the world′s advanced Makino V33I processing center, laying the foundation for the expansion of automatic processing. Our wire cutting machine can not only process without trace, but also achieve the goal of seamless fit of hole and axis, which provides the processing basis for precision parts.
