Desktop KJ350 air cleaner as the basical air purify machines, is built with 5 steps compact filter to give the cleaning air. 
Pre filter is to block the big particles dust pollen and some airborne pollutants as the primary purification. 
HEPA filter is the very effect filter, can filter as small as 0.3 microns particles with the captures rate 99.9%. 
Activated carbon filter to filter the strange smell, smoke smell and harmful gases. 
Negative ions filtration, supplies at least 6 000 000 pcs/cm3 negative ions per hour.
The photocatalyst is to work under ultravoilet, kill some bacteria and virus .

The use of HEPA filter, grade H11 or H13

H11, 95% purification to particles > 0.3microns.

H13, 99% purification to particles > 0.3microns.

Filter replacement , counterlockwise the old used filter from the bottom, to replace with the new filter.

1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less quantity will be accepted.

2. What is the filters are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filters, Prefilter + H13 HEPA filter + Active Carbon filter + photocatalyst / Coldcatalyst filter which have great help in odor removal, Cleaner for Allergies, Pets, Smokers, Mold, Pollen and Dust.

3. When should I replace the filters?
HEPA Filters can often be used continuously for more than six months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.

4. What is the delivery time for the sample?
Sample ready time will be: 2-3 days after payment received. Samples will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.

5. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year, and motor is five years, 0.3-1% components will be provided if needed.
