Welding: First confirm that the dimensions of the welded components match the drawing. The corners of the components are flat and vertical, the diagonals are consistent, and the holes, angles, etc. cannot be offset or deformed as a whole. This workpiece is welded by argon arc spot welding, which requires fine and strong surface, no shadow on the surface, and no deviation. |

After the argon arc welding, the surface of the product is polished. Different workpieces are made by grinding machines of different sizes. After the polishing quality inspection requirements: the plane is smooth enough, no shadow, no holes, no gaps, no seams, internal angles and drawings, and the outer corners are at right angles to the surface. Grinding the vertical side is straight enough, there are no holes and notches after grinding, and the grinding edge cannot exceed 20 mm. |
