According to the difference of its biological function, ultraviolet can be divided into 4 parts-- UV-A(320-400nm),UV-B(275-320nm),UV-C(200-275nm) and Vacuum UV. The water treatment actually uses the UV-C part, among which the 260nm wavelength part is proved to be the one with the highest sterilizing efficiency.
