Usage Instruction:
1. Double temperature controllers are set at two sides of the machine, and they can be used separatly. The left one controls the temperature of the left half plate, and the right one controls the temperature of the right part plate.
2. Turn on the power switch, the green indicator will be on, then the electricity reaches to the machine. Rotate the temperature controller clockwise to the red point, then the yellow indicator is on and the heating temperature is raising up, and the red indicator will be off when machine temperature reachs to the point we set,also machine will stop heating. When temperature falls down off point we set, the thermostate will make the heating pipe work again to ensure a invariable operating temperature.
3. Adjust the right temperature according to different food to get a perfect cooking effect.
Attention for installation:
1. If there happens some damage of the power cord, you must call the profession person of manufacturer or others like that to make a change.
2. The using voltage of the machine must be right voltage machine works.
3. User should install a suitable power switch or air switch around the machine.
4. There is grounding screw back of oven. The grounding blot should be connected with more than 2.5mm2 copper wire according to safety rules for safety sake.
5. Before using this product, please check and ensure all machine parts good, power supply right and ground line connection safe.
6. These machine can not be clean by water jet.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
1. Before cleaning and maintenance, please cut off electricity first.
2. It's forbidden to use metel to clean the machine plate, user can use wooden scoop or soft cloth to clean the plate surface.
