Polymer Processing Additive PPA2819 for Cast Plastic Film

Product Description

PPA2819 is free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing additives. At a very low level
addition(50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing and does not affect the original physical property
of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE,
EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Application :Blow film, cast film, the hollow blow molding plastic products, pipe, sheets, masterbatch.

Small Dosage
The dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via
2%-3% Masterbatch through twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to
the ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and
shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.
Packing and Storage
Packing In 25kgs net plastic drum.
Storage Keep tightly closed and store in cool and dry place. Avoid sunlight and heat.
Shelflife Two years.

Re: Yes, Sample are available. For normal products, samples are for free and you just need to bear the freight; 

For those high value products, you just need to freight and certain product cost. When we both cooperate for 

some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.

Re: T/T, L/C. You can choose the one which is convenient for you. 

Q3: How and when can I get my goods after payment?
Re: For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) 

or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivery.For large quantity products,

shipping by see is worthwhile.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on 

where the port is.

Re: Yes. If needed, we'd like to use label or package according to your requirement.
