Injection molding process:
The water absorption rate of ABS is about 0.2%-0.8%. For general grade ABS, use an oven at 80-85 °C for 2-4 hours or use a drying hopper at 80 °C for 1-2 hours before processing. For heat-resistant grade ABS containing PC components, the drying temperature should be appropriately increased to 100°C, and the specific drying time can be determined by extruding in the air.
The mold temperature can be set to 60-65°C. The diameter of the runner is 6-8mm. The gate width is about 3mm, the thickness is the same as the product, and the gate length is less than 1mm. The exhaust hole is 4-6mm wide and 0.025-0.05mm thick.

ABS is an amorphous polymer with no obvious melting point; high melt viscosity, poor fluidity, poor weather resistance, and ultraviolet light can cause discoloration; heat distortion temperature is 70-107 ° C (about 85), and the product can be annealed.
