|SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PVC resin/powder mixture. With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all sorts of PVC pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, board material, roof tile material, bar material, granulation/pelletizing and wood PVC, wood PE material.|
The screw has applied oil cooling system. The barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system., which applies special computer control. According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality.
The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller, extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
The electrical system has mainly applied imported brands, like Siemens, ABB, Omron, Schneider, Fuji, etc. It has the multiple alarm system; there are few problems which can be easily eliminated.
The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, temperature control tolerance can be +/-1ºC

|SJ Single Screw Extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS, PVC, PET and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profile, pipes, sheets, roof tile, granules and other plastic products. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.|
Characteristics: Screw optimizes composing separate type screw and mixing parts. Barrel optimizes composing groove barrel and lengthened feeding segment. There is advantage as following by using separate type screw and groove barrel together:
It's optimized during material melting process. Thus get more extrusion throughput.
It is realized extruding melt material in low temperature.
Cutting function is caused through separate clearance and it makes material equal well.
It's controlled during melt plasticization process. Therefore only granule smaller than separate clearance can enter melt channel.
Wide manufacture range for different materials. It's suitable for all kind of polyolefin materials and specially for material for LD/HDPE, PP, ABS.

5. Excellent vacuum degassing system can exhaust the moisture out from the material availably. By means of venting the vacuum apparatus discharge the non-condensing gas and moisture to raise the product quality.
6. According to different production craft request to choice different cooling system (water cooling, air cooling, oil cooling).
7. Varied cutting system: water strand pelletizer; air-cooling strand pelletizer, water-ring modular face pelletizer, eccentric fog-jetting pelletizer, under water pelletizer etc. we will recommend you to adopt which based on your request.
