3. What about your samples policy?
 - If that's our first cooperation, we will collect samples fee, if has order, will refund the fee to you.
 - Samples' arranging time is usually 1-10 days for normal items.
 
4. How about our delivery way?
By sea, by air or international express, even China Post Air Mail are all ok for us.
By sea is for order has big volume and weight, the delivery time not urgent.
By air or express is for order in a urgent delivery.
We could supply EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR  delivery service.
 
5. How about the Leading time? 
It depends on the order quantity. From 5-45 days according to the order quantity and delivery way.
 
6. What about the payment term?
-We accept T/T , L/C at sight and West Union and paypal. Before the beginning of  prodution, we would like to accept  the deposit from 30%-100% of the total amount, and collect the balance before the shipment.
 
7. Can you make customized products?
 - Yes, please kindly offer us details for what you want.
 
8. Can I know the production tempo of my order?
Yes, You will receive a formal production schedule from us to let you know every step from us for production, when there is any change from us unexpectedly, we will also negotiate with you as earlier as we can.
 
9. How about the sales-after service?
Your comments including all the pepole from our side and products quality are always welcomed. If there are any quality problems of the products,please negitate with our sales representive first to solve the problems first, if they could not be well soved by our sale representive,please directly phone our manager.
All the claims complaints from you, we will offer a settlement  as ealier as we can and will not be later than one month by fax or e-mails.
