1.Function for pile turner is: 
turner the paper; blowing; remove impurities; drying; alignment; stack jogger.
1.1.Use before the print:
1. clear paper and other impurities, improve the surface quality of the paper to be printed and reduce the double feed 
2. due to improvement of the quality of the surface of the paper,printing machine speed can increase 3-5%,improve productivity.
3. greatly reduced the impurities and others into the printing machine, extend the life of the printing machine.
4. because the impurities abused by the decline,improve the yield 2-3%
1.2.After printing; secondary stations, paper cutter and die-cutting before use:
1.remove spray, clears dusting,accelerate ink drying,reducing the smell of ink slolvent
2.prevent sticking,rub dirty and other quality problems 
3.save a lot of labour

2.Machine Performance
1.Pile turner can be used for paper turning, blowing, foreign matter removal, drying, alignment and paper shaking. It is applicable to various kinds of gram weights and different kinds of paper.

3.paper pile can be rotated automatically thanks to the efficient servo motor and reducer. It could improve the working efficiency of paper piling significantly with the help of enhanced hydraulic system.
