  3. Bottom wear surface use thicker Warp and weft .Structure design adopt the 5-shed twill-weave,good wear resistance pattern structure.Increase the length of the bottom suspended weft,Good wear resistance,Improve the run-life of the fabric.
  4. Adopt two top-weft Locking the bottom warp structure, Increase the MD&CMD stability of fabric and CMD stiffness of forming wire. It is help to Increase dehydration performance,good runability stability.and lower current load of the forming section of paper machine.
  5. Thickness Increase dehydration capacity,ensure more water remove from web paper.so we can improve our machine speed.
  6. Strong strength and lower enlongth ensure the stable operation in high speed paper machine.
