Manual Hot Plate Bonding Machine is used to bond PE EPE XPE foam packaging products, no glue required, matarial cost saving, high productivity .

- Machine with 3 heating plates and the dimension of each one is 400*300mm(L*W)
- The 3 heating plate can be heated separately,for example if you only need one heating plate work, you can turn off the other two. Power saving
- The height of heating plate in the middle can be adjusted manually.
- The lifting & lowering of the medium heating plate is controlled by a foot pedal
- Simple operation,no skillful operator required. Help save labor cost.

Yes,we can. Each side of the two layers will be aligned correctly.Don't need to worry about alignment.
2. The running speed of your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine looks slow.Could it be fast?
The fastest laminating speed is 7s per time(circle time),and it can be adjusted according to the operator's proficiency.
3.Can your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine two foams together that both have cutouts or is it only cutouts to solid pad?
Yes,we can. When laminating two layers EPE Foam that both have cutouts,pls don't remove the waste scraps before laminating.You can remove them after laminating.
4.Is this machine made by your own company?
Yes, all machines we supply are developped and manufactured by our own company. We own the patent. You can come visit our factory in Guangzhouor Zhaoqing and test the machine by yourself.
