Main production line of pcb assembly
Design the pcb board
After communication with customer,our engineer will firstly design the pcb and make the first sample to confirm it.
If correct,will arrange the first product for customer confirmation.
SMT producting line
When our engineer finish the design,he will send the artwork to SMT dept,they will proceed the SMT process.
DIP production line
DIP process will be arranged after finishing SMT step
We attention more the product quality ,set IQC,PQC,OQC position to inspect .
PCB testing
Normally we use electrical parameter meter and
customized circuit board special fixture to test the pcb board.
It is up to our customers' requirements.

1).Please confirm your shipping address is correct before delivery.

4).Service transit time depends on different carrier, may vary particularly during holiday.
