1. Can you also please confirm that this would be possible to own the brand (and remove all other logos) and that the software is the Solarman software you sent before and that it uses the software protocol that you sent me previously? Who makes the Solarman software?
--The system can be used as a customer logo, and only the customer's logo is displayed on the system. In addition, the monitoring system of SmartESS is developed by a third-party monitoring software company. 
Of course, customers can also develop their monitoring platform based on the communication protocol of previously sent inverters.

 

2. Is this an internal unit only? Do you make this in an IP55 version that we could store externally?

-- At present, the conventional model is for indoor installation, but if the quantity is required, it can be made into an outdoor system, IP55 outdoor system (the entire cabinet is equipped with insulation cotton and two high-speed temperature-controlled fans to ensure that the cabinet temperature is maintained in good condition).

 

3. If a customer purchases this and then wants to expand their battery capacity are we able to add more battery modules (assuming that's the part on the bottom of the above image) to increase this?

-- The battery module can be added, and the maximum battery capacity of a single energy storage system can be increased to 50kWh.

 

4. Are there any other software applications available that we can use instead of this?

-- The EverGEN Solar series uses SmartESS monitoring software.

 

5. How do you control the unit to charge the batteries from the grid at set times?
-- The inverter cannot be charged for multiple periods. Solar priority power supply, municipal priority power supply, and hybrid power supply modes can be set without software control and can be set on the LCD screen.

6. Can this take 3 phase power input? Can it output 3-phase power?
-- The EGS series energy storage system can have three sets of energy storage systems connected in parallel to form a 3-phase output or can be connected to a 3-phase input power supply. However, one set of energy storage systems needs to be connected to each phase because the generator cannot output unbalanced three-phase output.

7. Can we limit the AC input current?
-- You can set a limit on the AC input current.

8. When there is good PV production from the sun and the battery is full the excess will feed the load of the house? Even in the presence of the grid?
-- Yes, after the solar cells are fully charged, the solar power will be sent to the load. Even if connected to mains power, it will not be used because the inverter prioritizes the use of solar power.

-- The battery itself comes with a BMS intelligent battery management system.

13. Can the EGS energy storage system connect to the generator?
-- Yes, if it is a three-phase generator, it is necessary to ensure that the inverter power of the energy storage system connected to each phase of the generator is the same.

14. Can the EGS5K-5E Pro and EGS5K-10E Pro energy storage systems be used in parallel?

15. Will there be a signal interruption in the parallel connection of the EGS energy storage system? Is this reason normal?
-- Parallel communication involves the continuous transmission of data from two inverters, just like home WiFi. Sometimes, there may be signal interference and data transmission interruption, which is uncontrollable.

16. What is the maximum input power of the solar panel for the inverter? Which solar panel is recommended and how to connect in series and parallel?
-- The maximum solar input power of a single inverter is 5500W, and the maximum input voltage is 500VDC. It is recommended to have 9pcs 540W photovoltaic modules connected in series.

17. Can the inverter output American standard voltage?
-- The inverter of the EGS Pro series energy storage system can only output European standard voltage. If you need to output American standard voltage, you can choose the EGS-LV Pro series energy storage system, but it cannot be connected in parallel.

18. Can the inverter supply power to the air conditioner?
-- Yes, a 5kW inverter for an EGS Pro energy storage system can come with a 4-horsepower air conditioner.
