Working principle of oil treatment equipment:
Crude oil→into hydration system→turn on low-speed stirring and heat up to(70-95ºC)→Into the insulating state→add in 0.3%-1% Saturated agent solution→turn on high-speed stirring(150-200r/min) for 20-60 minutes→add in 3%-7% boiled water→continue high speed stirring for 15-30 min→low down stirring speed to 40-60 r/min for 20-60 minutes→Stationary heating,then stir it and let it stationary precipitate for 30-90 min→Emissions saponin→heat up to 115ºC→Dehydration treatment→pump oil into Fine filter bleaching tank→get refined unglued oil→finished.
