Guangyi Copper has been proudly manufacturing brass materials and plumbling products in Guangdong China since 1996. Our main products are basin faucets, kitchen faucets, shower faucets, and bathroom accseeories. Base on the in-house casting, machining, polishing and assembling production processes, and with more than 500 employees, our production capacity can reach 100 thousands sets of faucets per month. 1. Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
Yes, of course. It is a great honor to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is located at
Zhishan Town, Heshan City, Guangdong province, which will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory; one and
half hours from Foshan City to our factory.
We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou City or Foshan City.
2.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
3.Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
Yes, we are willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.
We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to serve our customers for this.
4.Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. We can make
customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.
5.What the product certification does your factory have? And the certifications for which country?
We have ACS certification for France; EN817 for European countries.
6.How is your factory production capability?
our factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line, Assembling line and plating line in house. We can
manufacture products up to 80000 pcs per month.
1). gravity casting: 4 gravity casting furnaces, 12 pcs of gravity casting machines (most from IMR in Italy), the capacity for everyday is about 10,000 pcs.
2).machining: 25 pcs of CNC machines including 5 pcs of HAAS machines from USA.
3). polishing: about 100 persons capacity in the polishing workshop
4). Forging; we have 3 pcs of 400 tons forging machines besides of 160 tons.

6). Automatic chrome plating lines in house: can meet the standards of ASTM B456-95, ASME A112.18.1, B125.1,BS1010,BS5412

10. What is your factory history?
1996-1999:the first stage--waste brass recycling production line-- it is the base for future's brass material production.
2000-2008: the second stage (brass material production)--casting brass ingots, brass bar, brass tube; low lead brass, DZR brass, CC770S (4MS).
2009-2010: the third stage (sanitary ware components development)-- 13,340 square meters sanitary ware production area: 4 gravity casting furnaces (12 pcs of casting machines), CNC machines, setting up RD&E, QA teams, ODM, lab...
2011-2018: the fourth stage--2 new building for dormitory containing 1000 persons, dining room and basket ball court; introducing 5 pcs HAAS CNC machines from USA, totally CNC 25 pcs; numerical control machines totally 38 pcs; milling machines 3 pcs; eight-axis machine: 1 pc; forging machine with 400 tons: 3 pcs; welding; 3 production lines of polishing; developing complete faucets.
2019-now: automatic chrome plating lines in house; another 28,680 square meters new factory will be ready at the end of 2021
Guangxi Jinshengli new factory 292,561 square meters under construction , in which including brass, zinc and plastic chrome plating lines
