Q: When can we get your quotation ?

Q: How can we get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirm, you can require for samples to check our quality. 
     Sample cost will be charged but we can refundable once order confirmed.

Q:How long can we get the sample?
A:After you pay the sample cost, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7 days.
     The samples will be sent to you by express and arrived in 3-4days. 
     You can use your own A/C or prepay us if no A/C by express.

Q1: What are the payment terms?

A: We usually accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union.

Q2: There are too many models, I don't know which one to choose?

Q3 : Where will the orders be shipped from?

A: It will ship from the Qingdao China port. And We will find the shipping company

 which will offer the best and most economical freight for our customers. But If you

 have a preferred carrier, that will be more helpful for us.
