NJP1200 is a intermittent full automatic capsule filling machine with multiple tamping stations, precise design and stable performance. It can completes the following process: feeding capsule, separating capsule, filling, rejecting defective capsule, closing capsule, discharging finished capsule automatically. It adopts closed rotary table with ten stations. There are 9 holes in one row of the module. This machine can meet international advanced standard, also meet the requirement of GMP and FDA standard. 6. Bottom of dosage disc is inserted with sealing device to avoid powder leak; reduce the attrition of fastener and more easy for washing. Intersectant pollution is avoided and energy conservation is achieved.
7. Programmable ion permeation (PIP) technology applied to the cam surface to improve the surface hardness, to ensure the equipment long lifetime and reliability of running (We are the only manufacturer in China to make cams with 5 dimensional equipment which is imported from Germany).
