Choosing high-purity Alumina ceramic fiber as chamber material, new type assembly.
1.Dual layer housing structure, lower external temperature.
2. Split chamber structure, convenient to observe the experiment sample and easier for chamber cooling.
3.With Quartz tube, and quick-open design of stainless steel flanges, convenient for the operation.
4.High heating speed: 0-30ºC/min. Temperature precision: ±1ºC.
5.Temperature controller adopts advanced PID adjustment algorithm and is programmable with 2 groups/16 segments.
6.With over-temperature alarm and electrical leakage protection, safe and reliable.
7. After programs set and pressing the starting-button, the following steps will proceed automatically.
8.The furnace can work under vacuum or protective gas atmosphere.
Options:
1. Optional paperless recorder with memory card to achieve real-time curve and to print& analyse the experiment data.
2. Optional multi-chanel gas mass flowmeter, to control the atmosphere accurately.
